Catskill Motel

This was definitely one of the most relaxing stays I've ever had. The room was very clean and comfortable. Mrs Jafris was very friendly and helpful. She made our weekend an absolute joy and I'm looking forward to staying there again, even if I have to make up a reason to do so. It was that enjoyable and relaxing!!!

Had a amazing time , very quiet , rooms were clean much better then other motels in the liberty area. I love supporting a family run business. Ample parking. Staff was pretty accommodating. Total stay was 3 days. This motel is located really close to the Monticello resort world casino I had no issues going back and forth.

Stayed 3 weekends in a row at different motels in the area and by far this was the nicest. Very clean rooms, large, clean bathroom, quiet and homey. Pretty grounds, owner was a pleasure to deal with and great price as well. Will definitely be back.

Very, very nice owner! Rooms are clean, and inviting. This charming motel sits in the Catskill Mountains. A beautiful area for every outdoor enthusiast. We saw many deer walking around the property. She plans on putting up a veggie garden for customers to make their own fresh salads!

I stayed here for 10 days and it was the most clean, peaceful and relaxing motel ever, the owner is super kind and sweet, the area is safe and the grounds is clean. You will definitely enjoy your stay here, it truly is amazing.

I stayed at the Catskill motel two years ago, now I’m on business in this area again. I wanted to book a room weekly for a couple months. Then I came to know Mrs.Jafri has sold the motel. From the outside already it looks different, I didn’t bother to go inside. It’s not the same vibe, there are no other good options in this area unfortunately. She will be missed, she was a five star lady.

I spend much of the week here as I travel into the area for work. It appears that many (if not most) of the guests do. It's always clean and comfortable and the family does everything they can to meet your needs. Every room comes with a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker. You can't beat the value in the area.

Wasn't sure what to expect when I booked my room, but I have to say I was super impressed my stay. The woman managing the front desk (who I'm guessing is the owner), went way above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and had a pleasant stay. One example: I asked about late checkout, to which she initially told me that wasn't possible because they were totally sold out the following day. She then emailed the folks who were going to be staying in that room to ask about their arrival, and after they told her they were going to be late, she allowed me to have a late checkout after all. Suffice to say, I was not expecting that type of thoughtfulness. The rooms themselves were quite comfortable, especially the bed. Definitely exceeded my expectations for a motel. The shower was a little cramped, but considering everything else, it was a minor inconvenience. Would definitely recommend!
